Renewal Term

Renewal Term. Renewal Term as defined in Paragraph 5.

Renewal Term. Means each consecutive [* * *] period commencing on the expiration of the Initial Term or immediately preceding Renewal Term, until this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article 14.

Renewal Term. Any period of time after expiration of the Initial Term during which the employment of the Executive pursuant to this Agreement continues, if the parties to this Agreement have agreed to the renewal in writing

Renewal Term. The period commencing the first day following the end of the Initial Term or any prior Renewal Term and continuing for ten (10) years thereafter

Renewal Term. Means the 12-month period after the Initial Term or Renewal Term, as applicable, of this Amendment.

Renewal Term. After the Initial Term, this Agreement shall be renewed for additional two (2) year periods on a period-to-period basis (each a "Renewal Term") if either party gives written notice to the other party of its offer to renew at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term and the other party accepts such offer.

Renewal Term. Renewal Term. A period of one (1) year commencing upon the expiration of the Original Term or any other Renewal Term. The Renewal Terms are referred to as the "First Renewal Term," the "Second Renewal Term," and "Third Renewal".

Renewal Term. The term "Renewal Term" is hereby defined to be and to mean that period of five (5) years commencing on the Renewal Commencement Dated and expiring on the Renewal Expiration Date.

Renewal Term. Has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4.1 below.
