Renewal Term

Renewal Term. A further term of five (5) years following the Initial Term in the event that Lessee shall exercise the Renewal Option.

Renewal Term. Or "Renewal Terms" means any one or more subsequent five-year renewal terms of this Agreement, or such shorter subsequent period if this Agreement is terminated.

Renewal Term. The period commencing the first day following the end of the Initial Term or any subsequent Renewal Term and continuing for fifteen (15) years thereafter.

Renewal Term. The period commencing the first day following the end of the "Initial Term" or any subsequent "Renewal Term" and continuing for ten (10) years thereafter.

Renewal Term. A period of 12 months

Renewal Term. The period commencing as of the first day following the end of the Initial Term and continuing for three (3) years thereafter.

Renewal Term. Any renewal or extension of AppTech's license to use the Subscription Software following the expiration of the Initial Subscription Term pursuant to Section 8(a) hereof

Renewal Term. Has the meaning in Clause 19.2.

Renewal Term. Two (2), three (3) year options to renew at the lesser of the (i) then escalated Base Annual Rate, or (ii) ninety five (95%) percent of the then current market rental rate for comparable laboratory space in downtown Durham, as reasonably determined by Landlord.

Renewal Term. Up to three additional 2-year terms following the Initial Term, each such additional term to begin automatically unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 180 days prior to the end of the then-current term.
