Representative

Representative. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

Representative. A person's Affiliates and Associates and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, partners, members, managers, consultants, legal or other advisors, agents and other representatives; provided, that when used with respect to the Company, "Representatives" shall not include any non-executive employees
