Required Holders

Required Holders. Means the holders of at least 70% of the Registrable Securities.

Required Holders. Means, as of any given time, the holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities as of such time (excluding any Registrable Securities held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as of such time); provided, that such majority must include Alto Opportunity Master Fund, SPC - Segregated Master Portfolio B.

Required Holders. The Holders of the Subscription Warrants representing at least a majority of the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Subscription Warrants then outstanding (without taking into account any limitations on the exercise of the Subscription Warrants set forth therein) and shall include Monroe so long as Monroe or any of its Affiliates holds any Subscription Warrants

Required Holders. The holders of at least a majority of the Registrable Securities and shall include the Lead Investor so long as the Lead Investor or any of its Affiliates together maintain the Lead Investor Minimum Threshold (as defined in the Warrants)

Required Holders. The holders of the SIA Warrants representing at least a majority of shares of Common Stock underlying the SIA Warrants then outstanding

Required Holders. The holders of the SPA Warrants representing at least a majority of the shares of Common Stock underlying the SPA Warrants then outstanding and shall include Dye Capital Cann Holdings, LLC so long as such Person or any of its Affiliates holds any SPA Warrants

Required Holders. The holders of the Series S Warrants representing at least two-thirds of the shares of Common Stock underlying the Series S Warrants as of the Issuance Date.

Required Holders. The holders of the Series R Warrants representing at least two-thirds of the shares of Common Stock underlying the Series R Warrants as of the Issuance Date.

Required Holders. The holders of the SPA Warrants representing at least a majority of the shares of Common Stock underlying the SPA Warrants then outstanding and shall include the Designee so long as the Designee or any of its Affiliates holds any SPA Warrants, Hudson Bay Capital Management LP so long as Hudson Bay Capital Management LP or any of its Affiliates holds any SPA Warrants, and Sabby Management, LLC so long as Sabby Management, LLC or any of its Affiliates holds any SPA Warrants

Required Holders. The written consent or affirmative vote of the holders of at least sixty percent (60%) of the Registrable Securities issued or issuable upon conversion of the Preferred Stock, given in writing or by vote at a meeting, consenting or voting (as the case may be) together as a single class on an as-converted basis
