Restricted Share Unit

Restricted Share Unit. An award granted pursuant to Section 7 of the right to receive Common Shares or cash at the end of a specified period

Restricted Share Unit. Means a right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(e) that, to the extent vested, entitles such Eligible Person to receive a Share or the Fair Market Value of a Share in cash or a combination thereof.

Restricted Share Unit. Means a phantom (notional) share granted under the Plan which entitles the Participant to receive, in the discretion of the Committee, a Share or an amount of cash equal to the Fair Market Value of a Share.

Restricted Share Unit. A bookkeeping entry used by the Company to record and account for the grant of an Award of restricted Common Stocks under Section 10 of the Plan until the Award is paid, canceled, forfeited or terminated, as the case may be.
