Restricted Share Unit. Restricted Share Unit. A right to receive a payment in the form of any one Share of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share, following the successful attainment of the Performance Criteria to the satisfaction of the Committee

Restricted Share Unit. Means a right to receive any one Share of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share, from the Company following the expiration of the Restriction Period.
