Restricted Share Unit

Restricted Share Unit. Means a right to receive a payment in the form of any one Share of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan.

Restricted Share Unit. A conditional right to receive one Share of the Company for each Restricted Share Unit awarded, provided the conditions set forth in the applicable Award document are satisfied at the Vesting Date.

Restricted Share Unit. A restricted share unit issued under the Plan

Restricted Share Unit. A unit evidencing the right to receive in specified circumstances one Share or equivalent value in cash that is restricted or subject to forfeiture provisions.

Restricted Share Unit. An unfunded and unsecured promise to deliver Ordinary Shares, cash, other securities or other property, subject to certain restrictions (including, without limitation, a Period of Restriction requiring that the Participant remain continuously employed or provide continuous services for a specified period of time), granted under Section 11 of the Plan

Restricted Share Unit. A right to receive Shares, including Restricted Share, cash measured based upon the value of Shares, or a combination thereof, at the end of a specified deferral period

Restricted Share Unit. A right, granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(e), to receive Shares, cash or a combination thereof at the end of a specified period (which may or may not be coterminous with the vesting schedule of the Award).

Restricted Share Unit. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Plan and shall include an Award granted pursuant to Section 7 hereof.

Restricted Share Unit. An Award of a "Performance Share," as such term is defined in the Plan
