Example Definitions of "Restricted Stock Unit"
Restricted Stock Unit. A bookkeeping entry granted pursuant to the Plan representing an amount equivalent to one Share of Common Stock of the Company for purposes of determining the number of Shares subject to the Award. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company
Restricted Stock Unit. The right to receive one Share at the end of a specified period of time, which right is subject to forfeiture

Restricted Stock Unit.
