Restricted Stock Unit

Example Definitions of "Restricted Stock Unit"
Restricted Stock Unit. Means a notional unit representing the right to receive one share of Stock (or the cash value of one share of Stock, if so determined by the Committee) on a specified settlement date.
Restricted Stock Unit. A right to receive a share of Common Stock during specified time periods granted pursuant to Section 7(c).
Restricted Stock Unit. A contractual right underlying an Award granted under Section 8 that is denominated in shares, which unit represents a right to receive a share (or the value of a share) upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan and the applicable agreement.
Restricted Stock Unit. An Award of an unfunded and unsecured promise to deliver shares of Common Stock, cash, other securities or other property, subject to certain specified restrictions, granted under Section 9 of the Plan, including, without limitation, any such Awards for which the amount delivered is based upon and/or subject to achievement of Performance Goals (i.e., performance stock units).
Restricted Stock Unit. Means a bookkeeping entry representing an amount equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share granted under Section 9 and payable in cash, in Shares or in a combination thereof, as specified in the applicable Award Agreement. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company.
Restricted Stock Unit. A bookkeeping entry representing the number of Shares into which the dollar amount of the Award has been converted based upon the Fair Market Value per Share at the close of market on the date of the Award. Upon vesting, or the lapse of restrictions thereon, each Restricted Stock Unit will be converted into a Share on a one-for-one basis. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents an unfunded and unsecured obligation of the Company
Restricted Stock Unit. An award made pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan of the right to receive shares of Common Stock, cash or a combination thereof at the end of a specified period.
Restricted Stock Unit. A unit that provides for the allotment and issuance, transfer, or delivery of one Share or equivalent value in cash upon the satisfaction of the terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to such Restricted Stock Unit
Restricted Stock Unit. A unit evidencing the right to receive one share of Common Stock or equivalent value (as determined by the Committee) that is restricted or subject to forfeiture provisions.
Restricted Stock Unit. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. 2007 Equity Incentive Award Plan.
