Shall mean an Other Stock-Based Award that is denominated in units that correspond to Shares, may be settled in cash or Shares and has such restrictions and vesting requirements as the Committee, in its sole discretion, may impose, which restrictions may lapse and which vesting requirements may be satisfied separately or in combination at such time or times, in installments or otherwise, as the Committee may deem appropriate
Restricted Stock Unit. The right to receive one Share at the end of a specified period of time that is subject to forfeiture in accordance with Section 7 of the Plan
