Example Definitions of "Restricted Stock Unit"
Restricted Stock Unit. Means an Award representing an unfunded, unsecured right to receive one share of the Common Stock of the Company.
Restricted Stock Unit. A hypothetical investment equivalent to one Share granted in connection with an Award made under Section 9.
