Example Definitions of "Restricted Stock Units"
Restricted Stock Units. Collectively, the Time Restricted Stock Units, EBITDA Restricted Stock Units, FCF Restricted Stock Units, EBITDA/Revenue Margin, and Production.
Restricted Stock Units. An Award pursuant to Section 9 of the right to receive shares of Common Stock at the end of a specified Deferral Period
Restricted Stock Units. A contingent obligation of the Company to deliver shares of Common Stock granted to an Outside Director pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Plan.
Restricted Stock Units. An award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Shares, cash or a combination thereof at the end of a specified period.
Restricted Stock Units. The three-hundred ten thousand (310,000) Restricted Stock Units vesting based on the performance measure and schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Award Agreement.
