Restricted Stock Units

Restricted Stock Units. An award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Common Stock or cash at the end of a specified period.

Restricted Stock Units. (s) "Restricted Stock Units" means an award granted pursuant to a Restricted Stock Units Agreement under the Equity Incentive Plan.

Restricted Stock Units. The total number of restricted stock units granted to Grantee pursuant to this Award as set forth on the attached Long-Term Incentive Awards Summary Schedule. Each Restricted Stock Unit entitles Grantee, upon the Vesting Date of such Restricted Stock Unit, to receive one Share.

Restricted Stock Units. Any grant of restricted stock units from the Company to the Participant under a shareholder-approved equity incentive plan of the Company.
