Restricted Stock. Restricted Stock. Stock granted under this Plan that is subject to such restrictions and risks of forfeiture that the Committee, in its discretion, shall impose at the time of grant and set out in the Award Agreement.

Restricted Stock. Shall have the meaning set forth in the fifth "whereas" paragraph.

Restricted Stock. An Award of Stock subject to restrictions requiring that such Stock be redelivered to the Company if specified conditions are not satisfied.
