Restricted Stock

Example Definitions of "Restricted Stock"
Restricted Stock. Means an Award of Common Stock, subject to certain specified restrictions, granted under Section 9 of the Plan.
Restricted Stock. Those shares of Common Stock subject to restrictions on ownership issued in connection with the Merger. For all purposes of this Agreement, Restricted Stock will be deemed to be owned and held by the recipient of those restricted shares
Restricted Stock. Common Shares granted or sold pursuant to Section 7 of the Plan as to which neither the substantial risk of forfeiture nor the prohibition on transfers referred to in Section 7 of the Plan has expired.
Restricted Stock. An Award of Shares granted to a Participant, subject to the applicable Period of Restriction, pursuant to Section 8.
Restricted Stock. Shall mean Common Stock that is subject to a Right of Repurchase
Restricted Stock. The meaning defined in the Plan
Restricted Stock. Shares issued in the name of the Participant subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as set forth herein and as may be additionally specified in the Award Agreement
Restricted Stock. Shares of Common Stock granted to an Eligible Person under Section 8 hereof that are subject to such vesting and transfer restrictions and such other conditions as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement
Restricted Stock. Shares that are subject to a risk of forfeiture and/or restrictions on transfer (including but not limited to stock grants with the recipient having the right to make an election under Section 83(b) of the Code), which may lapse upon the achievement or partial achievement of performance goals during a specified period and/or upon the completion of a period of service or upon the occurrence of other events, as determined by the Committee.
Restricted Stock. Means Shares issued pursuant to a Restricted Stock award under Section 7 of the Plan.
