Restriction Period

Restriction Period. A period of time beginning as of the date upon which an Award of Restricted Stock or Stock Units is made pursuant to this Plan and ending as of the date upon which the Common Stock subject to such Award is no longer restricted or subject to forfeiture provisions

Restriction Period. Means, with respect to each Common Share which is the subject of this Share Award, the period beginning on the Date of Grant and ending on the applicable Vesting Date

Restriction Period. The period of time during which Restricted Stock Units are subject to deferral, a substantial risk of forfeiture (based on the passage of time, the achievement of performance goals, or upon the occurrence of other events as determined by the Board, in its discretion) and other restrictions on transfer, as provided in Section 7 or Section 9 of this Plan.
