Restriction Period
Restriction Period. With respect to each grant of Performance Shares to a Participant, a period set by the Committee prior to the beginning of the Performance Period or otherwise of at least thirty-six (36) consecutive calendar months beginning with the Award Conversion Date applicable to such shares.
