Restrictive Period

Restrictive Period. (h) "Restrictive Period" means (i) a number of months following Executive's termination of employment pursuant to paragraph 6(a) or 6(c) above which is equal to the number of months for which the Executive is entitled to receive his base salary under paragraph 6(a) or 6(c) above, or a period of 12 months following Executive's termination of employment pursuant to paragraph 6(b) above.

Restrictive Period. The period commencing on the Effective Date and terminating on the first (1st) anniversary of the Executive's termination of employment with the Company, the Bank, and all of their subsidiaries and affiliates, regardless of reason and whether or not pursuant to this Agreement.
