Restrictive Period. (h) "Restrictive Period" means (i) a number of months following Executive's termination of employment pursuant to paragraph 6(a) or 6(c) above which is equal to the number of months for which the Executive is entitled to receive his base salary under paragraph 6(a) or 6(c) above, or a period of 12 months following Executive's termination of employment pursuant to paragraph 6(b) above.
