Restrictive Period

Restrictive Period. The twelve (12) month period immediately following the Participant's date of termination.
Restrictive Period. (h) "Restrictive Period" means a period of months following the end of Executive's employment, regardless of reason, which is equal to twelve (12) months or the number of months for which Executive has received base salary payments (whether in the form of continuation payments or lump sum payment), whichever is greater.
