Rights

Rights. Shall mean any option, warrant, security, right or other instrument convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for, or otherwise giving the holder thereof the right to acquire, directly or indirectly, any Common Stock or any other such option, warrant, security, right or instrument, including any instrument the value of which is measured by reference to the value of the Common Stock.

Rights. Means the rights to purchase 1/5th of an Ordinary Share.
