Example Definitions of "Rights"
Rights. Shall have the meaning assigned to that term in the third paragraph of this Agreement.
Rights. Shall mean and include any and all Patents, Know-How, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any kind or nature, whether or not patentable, relating to, or utilized in connection with, the Technology or any of the Commercial Products.

Rights. Has the meaning set forth in the Rights Agreement.
