Example Definitions of "Securities Act"
Securities Act. The Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the SEC promulgated thereunder and any successor act, rules and regulations.
Securities Act. The Securities Act of 1933, or any successor thereto, and the rules, regulations and forms promulgated thereunder, all as the same shall be amended from time to time
