Example Definitions of "Securities Act"
Securities Act. The Senior Notes intially will be issued pursuant to Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), as Depository Notes registered in the name of Cede & Co. (as nominee for The Depository Trust Company ("DTC"), New York, New York).
Securities Act. Means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. -3- "Service" shall mean service as a Key Contributor.
