Example Definitions of "Securities Act"
Securities Act. Means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, as made applicable (including the regulations promulgated thereunder) to national banks by the Comptroller.
Securities Act. Means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the regulations and rules issued pursuant thereto.
Securities Act. The meaning set forth in paragraph B of the recitals herein
