Securities Act

Securities Act. Means, as of any given time, the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any similar federal law then in force.

Securities Act. Means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any successor federal statute, and the rules and regulations of the Commission issued under such Act, as they each may, from time to time, be in effect. The Company shall use its best efforts to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission within 90 days after the date the Registration Statement is filed or as soon as possible thereafter.

Securities Act. The Securities Act of 1993, as amended and in effect from time to time, or any successor statute thereto.

Reference to any provision of the Securities Act shall mean such provision as in effect from time to time, as the same may be amended, and any successor provision thereto, as interpreted by any applicable regulations as in effect from time to time.
