Security Agreement

Security Agreement. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Recitals hereto.

Security Agreement. Means the Security Agreement dated as of June 22, 2009 among Makers and Payee, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Security Agreement. Means the Security Agreement among the Company and the Investors in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.

Security Agreement. Shall mean the Security Agreement (as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement), and shall include any and all amendments, extensions, replacements, and reaffirmations thereof.

Security Agreement. The term "Security Agreement" shall mean that certain Security Agreement of even date herewith to be executed by Borrower to secure the obligations under this Agreement.

Security Agreement. THIS SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of August 1, 2006 (this "Security Agreement"), is by and between AIRTRAN AIRWAYS, INC. (the "Borrower") and THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND PLC NEW YORK BRANCH, as Security Agent for the Lenders (together with its successors hereunder in such capacity, the "Security Agent").

Security Agreement. Shall mean that certain Security Agreement dated as of April __, 2010, among the Company, the Holders, as secured parties, and Bruna Bucacci, as agent for the Holders (the "Agent").

Security Agreement. Means that certain Security Agreement executed by the Company in favor of Lender on or about the date hereof, as it may be amended from time to time in writing in accordance with its terms.

Security Agreement. Means the security agreement between Borrower and Collateral Agent, of even date herewith.

Security Agreement. Means the Security Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Company and the Purchaser.
