Security Agreement

Security Agreement. The term "Security Agreement" means that certain Security Agreement, dated of even date herewith, by and between Borrower and Lender, as such may be amended from time to time, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Security Agreement. Means that certain Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Grantor and the Secured Parties.
