Security Deposit

Example Definitions of "Security Deposit"
Security Deposit. $90,361.47, which has already been paid to and shall be retained by Landlord. (Article 42[a]), and which shall be returned to Tenant after January 1, 2003, so long as no event of default on the part of Tenant has occurred and is then continuing.
Security Deposit. That amount paid by Tenant pursuant to Paragraph 7.
