Security Deposit

Example Definitions of "Security Deposit"
Security Deposit. Shall be the sum of $54,452.08 which shall be held in accordance with Section 40 of the Lease.
Security Deposit. Means the amount provided by Customer to Lessor to secure its payment obligations under this Agreement.
