Example Definitions of "Security Interest"
Security Interest. In this Trademark Security Agreement as the "Security Interest") in all of the Grantor's right, title and interest in, to and under the following, whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising (collectively, the "Trademark Collateral":
Security Interest. Means a security interest, pledge, assignment, charge, mortgage, encumbrance, or other lien (i) granted by the Buyer to the Secured Party; or (ii) granted under any other agreement or instrument with respect to any present or future assets, property, contract rights, or revenues in order to secure the payment of indebtedness of the party referred to in the context in which the term is used.
Security Interest. Means, collectively, the UK Obligations Security Interest and the US Obligations Security Interest.
