Senior Lender
Senior Lender. A "SENIOR LENDER" is any financial institution (including the Accounts Receivable Lender) which is engaged in lending sums to the Manufacturer secured by liens on some or all of the Manufacturer's assets. Each Senior Lender involved in this transaction (if any) is also identified on Addendum I.
