Senior Note

Senior Note. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Senior Note. Means that certain Modification, Restatement and Consolidation of Notes dated August 31, 2005 by and between AIMCO Sandpiper, LLC and New York Life Insurance Company in the original principal amount of $11,000,000.

Senior Note. Means the promissory note in the original principal amount of $19,250,000.00 made by Borrower (as assignee of Foothill Chimney Associates, Limited Partnership, a Georgia limited partnership).

Senior Note. Means that certain promissory note dated of even date herewith in the original principal amount of $20,000,000, executed by Borrower in favor of Wells Fargo Bank Texas, N.A., as such note may from time to time be supplemented, amended or modified, and all other notes given in substitution therefor or in modification, renewal or extension thereof in whole or in part.

Senior Note. As defined in the Recitals of this Agreement.

Senior Note. Means the $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount senior unsecured note, issued to the Holder pursuant to the Transaction Agreement.

Senior Note. Senior Note. That certain Senior Secured Convertible Promissory Note, dated April 3, 2008 executed by the Company in favor of the Senior Creditor in the original principal amount of $1,400,000.00, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Senior Note. Shall mean that certain Secured Demand Promissory Note dated as of , 2004 (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), issued to Senior Creditor, delivered in connection with the Senior Security Agreement.
