Separation From Service

Separation From Service. Termination of employment with the Company, other than by reason of death.

Separation From Service. The meaning provided at Regulation §1.409A-1(h). Without limiting the generality of the previous sentence, "Separation from Service" includes the termination of the Employee's employment with any and all entities that comprise the Company.

Separation From Service. Occur upon an employee's retirement or other termination from employment with the Company
