Separation From Service. Means the Participant's separation from service as a director with the Company, voluntarily or involuntarily, for any reason other than Disability or death.
Separation From Service. Means termination of employment with the Company and all Affiliates for any reason, including but not limited to voluntary resignation, termination by the Company (either with or without cause) or death. A Participant shall not be deemed to have a Separation from Service while the Participant is on military leave, sick leave or other bona fide leave of absence if the period of the leave does not exceed six (6) months or, if longer, the Participant's right to... reemployment with the Company is provided either by statute or contract. Separation From Service. Separation From Service. Shall mean the termination of employment of an Employee with the NYSE Controlled Group for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to death, Total Disability, retirement, resignation or involuntary termination, provided, that, such employment termination constitutes a "separation from service" within the meaning of Section 409A(a)(2)(A)(i) of the Code and the Treasury Regulations issued thereunder.
