Servicer
Servicer. PennyMac Loan Services, LLC or its successor in interest or any permitted assignee or designee under this Agreement as herein provided and as provided in Section 8.02, in each case subject to the restrictions, if any, set forth in the applicable Guide. Unless the context requires otherwise, all references to "Servicer" in this Agreement shall be deemed to include such Servicer's successors in interest or permitted assignees or designees.
