Severance Amount

Example Definitions of "Severance Amount"
Severance Amount. An amount equal to 2.0 times the Executive's Base Compensation; provided that for purposes of Section 5(c), such multiple shall be 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 times Executive's Base Compensation for terminations occurring during 2008, 2009 and 2010, respectively.
Severance Amount. An amount equal to 150% of Executive's Base Compensation
Severance Amount. An amount equal to two (2) times the sum of (A) the Executive's annual Base Salary as in effect immediately prior to the Termination Date and (B) the Executive's Target Bonus for the Bonus Period in which termination occurs.
