Severance Amount. Severance Amount. With respect to an Eligible Executive, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Applicable Severance Multiple or, in the event of a Qualifying Termination that occurs within the 12-month period following a Change of Control, the Applicable CIC Severance Multiple and (ii) the sum of such Eligible Executive's (A) Base Salary and (B) Target Annual Bonus.
Severance Amount. Shall mean an amount equal to two (2) times the Employee's Base Compensation.
