Example Definitions of "Severance Payment"
Severance Payment. Means the compensation paid to you pursuant to Section 3 following termination of your employment with the Company.
Severance Payment. Means the compensation paid to a Participant pursuant to Section 3 following termination of his or her employment with the Company.
Severance Payment. Shall mean the benefit, if any, defined as a "Severance Payment" and paid to Executive as a lump sum under the Company's Executive Severance Plan or Severance Plan, as applicable. The receipt by Executive of any applicable Severance Payment shall reduce any amount paid, to be paid or payable under this Agreement, only to the extent of the Severance Payment.

Severance Payment. The cash payment, if any, that Employee may become entitled to receive pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement
