Example Definitions of "Severance"
Severance. If, within one (1) year after the Effective Date, Purchaser employs any Company Employee or any Additional Available Employee to whom Seller or its Affiliates made any severance payments, then Purchaser shall reimburse Seller or its Affiliates for the full amount of such severance payments.
