Shares. Common shares of beneficial interest, par value $0.01 per share, of the Trust.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Debenture.

Shares. Has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraphs herein.

Shares. The Company's currently authorized common stock, no par value per share, and stock of any other class or other consideration into which such currently authorized capital stock may hereafter have been changed.

Shares. (a) the shares of Common Stock issued to Investors pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and (b) the shares of Common Stock and the shares of Common Stock underlying any warrants issued to MDB pursuant to the Engagement Letter.
