Shares

Shares. Means the American Depositary Shares, each such American Depositary Share representing one ordinary share of the Company ("ADSs"), nominal value $0.000042 per share ("Ordinary Shares"), sold to the Investor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Subsequent ADSs (as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement) that may be sold to the Investor pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock which may be issued upon conversion of the Series X Preferred Stock held by Holders or upon exercise of the Warrants held by Purchasers
