Shares

Shares. Any shares of capital stock of the Company or any securities convertible into or exchangeable for any class of capital stock of the Company and all securities into which such Shares may hereafter be converted or reclassified as a result of any merger, consolidation, stock split, stock dividend, or other recapitalization of the Company

Shares. Means the common shares of Argon.

(a) all securities of the Company (including all shares of Company Common Stock and all options, warrants and other rights to acquire such securities) beneficially owned by such Stockholder as of the date of this Agreement, and (b) all additional securities of the Company (including all shares of Company Common Stock and all options, warrants and other rights to acquire such securities) of which such Stockholder acquires beneficial ownership during the period from the date of this Agreement... through the termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 6, below. Shares. Means shares of Ordinary Common Stock of the Company or such other securities as may be substituted for Shares pursuant to Section 9.
