Shares. Means the Company Shares and the Selling Stockholder Shares

Shares. An aggregate of 8,000,000 shares of the Seller's common stock owned by Buyer, $0.001 par value per share

Shares. The shares of Common Stock identified in Schedule A of the Lock Up
