Shares

Shares. Shares of the common stock, par value $.25 per share, of the Company or any security of the Company issued by the Company in substitution or exchange therefor

Shares. Shall mean the ordinary shares of the Company, or any other shares and/or other property into which the ordinary shares of the Company are converted pursuant to a stock split, reverse split, subdivision, reconstruction, amalgamation, scheme of arrangement, recapitalization, reorganization, merger, combination, consolidation, split-up or other similar corporate event;

Shares. Shares of the Company's Common Stock $0.01 par value per share, and any successor security.

Shares. With respect to the AIP Stockholder, all shares, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, of Common Stock; provided, for purposes of Section 2, Shares shall be deemed to include Common Stock Equivalents.
