Shelf Registration

Shelf Registration. Shall mean the registration under the Securities Act of the resale of any or all of the Registrable Securities in accordance with methods and distribution set forth in the "Plan of Distribution" section in the Shelf Registration Statement, and Rule 415 under the Securities Act

Shelf Registration. 2.3. Shelf Registration

Shelf Registration. Means a registration of securities pursuant to a Registration Statement filed with the Commission in accordance with and pursuant to Rule 415 promulgated under the Securities Act (or any successor rule then in effect) that, in accordance with Section 7(c), the Company may be required to keep effective for longer than 90 days.

Shelf Registration. A registration of securities pursuant to a Shelf Registration Statement

Shelf Registration. A Registration Statement of the Corporation for an offering to be made on a delayed or continuous basis of Registrable Securities pursuant to Rule 415 under the 1933 Act (or similar provisions then in effect)

Shelf Registration. The registration of the Company Common Stock on a Form S-1 Shelf or a Form S-3 Shelf, as applicable, pursuant to Section 2(a)(i)

Shelf Registration. Shall mean a registration of securities pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Commission in accordance with and pursuant to Rule 415 promulgated under the Securities Act, as amended from time to time, or any similar successor rule thereto that may be promulgated by the Commission.

Shelf Registration. Means the Resale Shelf Registration or a Subsequent Shelf Registration, as applicable.

Shelf Registration. The Resale Shelf Registration (as defined in Section 2(a)) or a Subsequent Shelf Registration (as defined in Section 2(d)), as applicable.

Shelf Registration. A registration statement under the Securities Act on Form S-3 pursuant to Rule 415.
