Solicitation. Solicitation. Means any effort, mean or method approved in writing by Chase and implemented by Aegis to communicate the benefits of the Program to Prospects, including without limitation, writing, design, copy writing, mechanical artwork, photography, illustrations, printing, mailing, and customer service.
