Solicitation. The solicitation of votes in connection with the Joint Plan pursuant to the Disclosure Statement Order
Solicitation. The solicitation of votes on the Plan through the distribution of Ballots either prior to the Petition Date under a pre-packaged process, as permitted by section 1126(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, or after the Petition Date under a pre-arranged process, in accordance with section 1125(b) of the Bankruptcy Code
Solicitation. The Debtors' formal request for acceptances of the Plan, consistent with section 1125 and 1126 of the Bankruptcy Code, rules 3017 and 3018 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and applicable non-bankruptcy law
