Solicitation

Solicitation. The meanings ascribed to such terms under the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, provided that the meaning of "solicitation" shall be without regard to the exclusions set forth in Rules 14a-1(l)(2)(iv) and 14a-2 under the Exchange Act;

Solicitation. Means any effort, mean or method approved in writing by Chase and implemented by Aegis to communicate the benefits of the Program to Prospects, including without limitation, writing, design, copy writing, mechanical artwork, photography, illustrations, printing, mailing, and customer service.

Solicitation. Means the solicitation of votes on the Plan as approved by the Bankruptcy Court.
