Example Definitions of "Solicitation"
Solicitation. Means the solicitation of votes on the Plan through the distribution of Ballots prior to Petition Date in accordance with Section 1125(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Solicitation. Means the solicitation of votes for the Plan pursuant to, and in compliance with, the Bankruptcy Code and any applicable nonbankruptcy law, rule, or regulation governing the adequacy of disclosure in connection with such solicitation.
Solicitation. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Rule 14a-1 promulgated under the Exchange Act
Solicitation. (j) "Solicitation" means the solicitation of votes for the Plan pursuant to, and in compliance with, chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") and any applicable nonbankruptcy law, rule, or regulation governing the adequacy of information in connection with such solicitation.
Solicitation. The solicitation of votes to accept or reject the Plan pursuant to the Bankruptcy Code.
Solicitation. Means the solicitation of votes on the Plan.
Solicitation. The same meaning as set forth in Rule 14a-1 promulgated under the Exchange Act and shall include, without limitation, any action that causes a Person to become a participant in such a Solicitation within the meaning of Instruction 3 of Item 4 of Schedule 14A promulgated under the Exchange Act
Solicitation. The respective meanings ascribed to them under Rule 14a-1 promulgated under the Exchange Act or otherwise under Schedule 14A under the Exchange Act
