Source Code

Source Code. Shall mean a series of instructions or statements in an English-like high level computer language, C, or JAVA, or in a relatively low-level language such as assembly language for a particular processor, that is normally transformed by an interpreter or compiler into machine-readable Executable Code for actual use on a computer.

Source Code. Means the series of statements written in human-readable computer programming language which, when complied into machine-readable format, constitute the Software.

Source Code. Any collection of statements, declarations, database scripts or stored procedures written in some human-readable computer programming language in the Software.

Source Code. Means the underlying instructions for a computer written in programming languages, including all embedded comments, as well as procedural code such as job control language statements, in a form readable by human beings when displayed on a monitor or printed on paper, etc. and that must be translated (using off-the-shelf commercially available software compilers, linkers and assemblers or other items delivered with such code or reasonably available including documentation) into a form that is... directly executable by a computer by a process generally known as compiling or assembly, along with any related documentation, including annotations, flow charts, schematics, statements of principles of operations, software summaries, software design, program logic, program listings, functional specifications, logical models and architecture standards, describing the data flows, data structures, and control logic of the software. Source Code. Of SoftPro Software shall mean a copy of the source code (or comparable high level coding) for the SoftPro Software, including any annotations therein, certified by SoftPro to Client, upon each delivery to Client, as a complete and accurate copy of source code corresponding to the SoftPro Software as last delivered or otherwise made available by SoftPro (whether in pieces or in an integrated whole).

Source Code. Means (a) computer programming code (other than Object Code) and related Source Code Documentation, design specifications, comments and procedural code such as job control language, which may be printed out or displayed in a form readable and understandable by a programmer of ordinary skill, and (b) the management system, product build environment, test system scripts, test harnesses, procedures and automation, and quality control methods and requirements.

Source Code. Or "source code" means computer programs or program modules on software media that are human readable without reverse-assembly, reverse-compiling, or reverse-engineering techniques, and includes, the compiler/assembler/linker.

Source Code. Means the human-readable version of a software program that can be compiled into Executable Code.
