Example Definitions of "Special Counsel"
Special Counsel. Means Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.
Special Counsel. The single attorney selected by a majority in interest of the Initiating Holders (which attorney shall be reasonably acceptable to the Company) to represent the Holders' interests in connection with the registrations contemplated by this Agreement
Special Counsel. Means one special counsel to the Holders selected by a majority in interest of the Holders to act as the representative of the Holders with notice of such selection given to the Company.
Special Counsel. Davis Polk & Wardwell or one such other successor counsel as shall be specified by the Majority Holders
