Special Counsel

Example Definitions of "Special Counsel"
Special Counsel. Means any special counsel to Gryphon Master Fund, L.P.
Special Counsel. Such attorney or law firm as shall be designated by one or more Holders holding no less than a majority of the outstanding Registrable Securities. If no Special Counsel is designated, then the obligations of the Company associated with Special Counsel shall not apply.
Special Counsel. The special counsel to the Holder.
Special Counsel. Means Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.
