Specifications

Specifications. Means the technical and functional requirements for the Products as included in the Documentation and/or set forth in Exhibit A.

Specifications. Shall mean AB's specifications for each of the Bottles, each of the Applied Plastic Labels and all other labels applied to the Bottles, each of the Packaging Components, and each of the pallets and other packaging components to be used for bulk Bottles, and shall also include packaging and unit load specifications for Bottle deliveries to each Brewery, as communicated from time to time by AB to Anchor (provided AB gives Anchor at least sixty (60) days' advance notice) * * *

Specifications. Shall mean all drawings, prints, instructions and similar materials provided by Aksys to Peak and relating to a Product to be manufactured by Peak pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation the design and specifications attached as Exhibit A for Products identified in Exhibit B.

Specifications. Means the specifications stated on Attachment B, as they may be revised from time to time in writing by agreement of the parties.

Specifications. Means the specifications for Product agreed upon in writing by the parties and set forth in Exhibit B.

Specifications. Means the pharmaceutical formulation, manufacture, delivery, packaging, labeling, import, export, storage, receipt and shipment specifications for the Product (including Product in Bulk Product Form and Finished Dosage Form) and any excipients set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto (which Exhibit A may be amended or changed from time to time upon the agreement of the parties).

Specifications. The functional specifications, set forth in Exhibit A, developed by Counterparty* and ESS for the Combined Product, and as amended from time to time by mutual written agreement of the Parties.

Specifications. Means the specifications for each Product, as established before commencement of any campaign by ImClone and confirmed through designated batches as mutually agreed between Parties which specifications may be modified from time to time pursuant to Section 9.

Specifications. Means the specifications set forth on Exhibit A to this Agreement, as may be modified from time to time upon the mutual written agreement of the parties as set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

Specifications. Means the technical specifications for the Deliverables as set forth in the Statement of Work.
