Specifications

Specifications. Shall have the meaning set forth by Article 8.1;

Specifications. Means the quality and chemical specifications for the Licensed Ingredients, as set out in Exhibit A.

Specifications. Shall mean the specifications for the finished Product as set out in the Regulatory Approval for the Product, including all packaging and labelling specifications. The Specifications for the Product is attached as Schedule 1.45, as may be amended from time to time as provided in this Agreement.

Specifications. Specifications are the functional performance parameters, capabilities and functionality of Software as published in its then-current Documentation.

Specifications. Means and includes: (i) the standard published specifications for the Software (including both Licensor's proprietary software and all third-party software that is embedded into, or otherwise furnished by Licensor with the Software); and (ii) any additional written description of the functional, technical, design and performance characteristics of the Software attached to or referenced in a License Schedule.

Specifications. Means and includes the description of functional, technical, design and performance characteristics of the Deliverables agreed to by the Parties (including any requirements or characteristics specified in, or incorporated by reference into the applicable Work Order), and all modifications to the foregoing that are made from time to time by written agreement of the Parties.

Specifications. Means the functional and technical standards of the Lung Nodule CAD Application as well as the compatibility standards for the R2 Products to loosely integrate and operate with the VTAL Workstation, developed pursuant to Section 2.1 below. The parties understand that the Specifications with respect to the performance in sensitivity and specificity of the R2 Product delivered by R2 to VTAL will be the same as those for the Lung Nodule CAD Application used by R2 in the R2 Showcase.

Specifications. Means the procedures, test results, requirements, criteria, specifications, standards and other data relating to the manufacture and supply of Products, as more particularly set forth on Attachment C.

Specifications. Means the specifications and software for the design, performance and manufacturability characteristics of a Product, including any modifications, improvements or enhancements thereto that are made by the parties under this Agreement.
